Before your first payment be sure to set up your Hyperwallet account

Pearpop uses Hyperwallet, a Paypal Service to distribute payments to our Creators.

Follow the steps below to set up your account for the first time.

  1. Log into your Pearpop account on the Pearpop website or Pearpop mobile app.
    ​

  2. Tap/Click on your profile icon in the upper right, then select Earnings (if using web browser) or Payment Settings (if using mobile app).
    ​

  3. Tap/Click on Configure Hyperwallet (if using web browser) or Configure (if using mobile app)
    ​

  4. Click Get Started to initiate the account setup process.
    ​

  5. Check your email account that you registered on Pearpop for an email with a setup link. Don't see the email? Be sure to check your spam folder. You can also resend by following steps 1-4 and then clicking Resend Email.
    ​

  6. Click the button in the email to begin onboarding to Hyperwallet.
    ​

  7. Be sure to register correctly as either an individual or business. This has tax reporting implications!
    ​

  8. Upon completion of the identity verification, you are ready to go!
