For every single piece of content you submit on Pearpop, be sure you can answer YES to each of these questions.
Does my content follow the brief the Brand posted?
Will my audience think positively about the Brand I am posting about?
Will my content be rated highly?
Will the Brand be excited when they see this?
Is this so good the Brand will want to repost it?
Am I proud of what I created?
If you cannot say yes to each of these questions, then you should keep creating until you do!
Making content that Brands and your audience both enjoy is the #1 way to get access to higher earning opportunities on Pearpop!
Understanding the Brief
Pearpop's moderators check every single challenge submission and review it to ensure it follows the Creative Brief and Challenge requirements. Any submission that does not follow what is outlined in the brief and/or requirements will be rejected and not eligible for payment.
When you read the brief pay close attention and look out for these common requests:
Use of a specific sound, hashtag, or caption in the content
Location - some of our challenges are US/Canada only, always check the requirements!
Make a Plan! Don't Wing It!
Make a creative outline that meets the expectations from the Creative Brief while still sticking to your true voice. Lay out the beginning, middle and end. Plan the video to be 30 seconds or less in length to ensure a high completion rate and optimize to earn engagement.
Making a good plan will prevent you from having dead air or missing important points from the brief!
Be Authentic
When you interpret a creative brief, be sure to not lose sight of who you are and why your audience follows you. Take your time and find the perfect intersect of the Brands needs and what makes your content special.
When showcasing a product be true to yourself and your experience with the product. Don't force it!
And it should go without saying, but make sure your views are authentic. Any content submitted that appears to have unauthentic views will be swiftly removed and not eligible for payment.
Take Pride
If you look and feel like you're reading a script and just doing the minimum, it is obvious to your audience, to the Brand, and to Pearpop. Posts that are low effort and do not appear to make a good faith effort to deliver results may not be eligible for payment.
Always give your best effort and the rewards will follow.
