We know it is important to know what to expect when you earn a reward in a challenge, so we are answering your questions about when and how you will receive them.
Your rewards will be distributed through our payment system, Hyperwallet.
You will have to sign up for Hyperwallet in your profile settings.
You can access your Hyperwallet account by clicking "Manage Payouts" in your account settings once you have set up your account or go to pearpop.hyperwallet.com.
Hyperwallet acts as a virtual wallet which holds your rewards. You can withdraw your reward money at any time.
You have three withdrawal options: you can send your money to your Venmo account, your PayPal account, or directly to your bank account.
You can select and set up your withdrawal method under the "Transfer" section.
If you choose to use PayPal as your form of withdrawal, make sure you sign up for Hyperwallet using the same email account as your PayPal is under.
You can expect challenge rewards between 30 and 60 days after the challenge closes. Once we send out the payments there can be a few days of processing time before it reaches your Hyperwallet account.
